BookB membership
Membership is coming as the library grows. Buy individual books today and we'll let you know when unlimited access becomes worthwhile.
Being straight with you about why: the library holds 3 titles today. Unlimited access to that is not worth a monthly fee, so we are not charging one for it. Nobody should pay a subscription for a shelf they can finish in an afternoon.
Membership opens only when both of these are true:
- At least 25 full-length books are published and available to read.
- Publishing has run reliably for 30 consecutive days.

These two cards describe what membership is intended to be, not what you can buy. The prices are indicative and both the prices and what is included may change before it opens — nothing here is an offer, and no card is being asked for.
Fair questions, straight answers
Do I need an account to buy a book?
No. Choose Buy now on any book page, give us an email address to send it to, pay with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card, and the book is yours to download as soon as the payment clears. You can turn that purchase into an account later if you want your reading synced, but you never have to.
Why can I not subscribe?
Because it would not be honest value yet. A subscription only makes sense against a library you could not reasonably buy outright, and we are not there. It opens once at least 25 full-length books are published and publishing has run reliably for 30 days straight — not before.
What does joining the waitlist commit me to?
Nothing at all. There is no payment, no card and no place being held. We store your email address so we can tell you when membership opens, and we use it for nothing else. Email admin@bookb.co.uk at any time and we will remove you.
Is VAT included?
E-books are zero-rated for UK VAT, so the book price you see is the price you pay. If we publish courses later, those may carry standard-rate VAT — any such price will be shown inclusive.
Who actually writes these books?
AI does — and we say so on every book page rather than hiding it behind a pen name. Every title then passes a quality review before publication. If a book is not good enough, it does not go live.
What about refunds?
You have a 14-day cooling-off right under UK consumer law, with the usual waiver when you choose to start reading straight away, and full remedies if content is faulty. The detail is in our refund policy.
Who handles my payment?
PayPal, including its Apple Pay, Google Pay and card options. Card details go straight to PayPal — BookB never sees or stores them, and the price is always set on our server, never in your browser.
Is there a lifetime deal?
No, and we have withdrawn the one that was here. Selling "every future book for life" for a single payment is a promise we cannot yet put a boundary around, and a promise we could not keep is worse than no offer at all.
